1 pkg firm silken tofu
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp stone-ground mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)


Crumble the tofu with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.


Be sure to use a mayo or substitute that is safe for your allergen set.
