salsa
wheat or crispy corn tortillas
soy or rice sour cream
cooked chicken chunks
garlic
chunked avocado
chunked tomatoes
soy or rice cheese (optional)
Take a 9×13″ glass pan. Plop some safe salsa on the bottom and spread around, then layer remaining ingredients until pan is full.
Toss it in the microwave for 20 minutes or so, or in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes or so.
Choose the combination of ingredients that are safe for your needs.
