Ingredients
    Cake Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons gluten-free flour mix (or all-purpose flour)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk alternative
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Swirl Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Glaze Ingredients (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk alternative

  1. Mix all cake ingredients in mug.

  2. In separate bowl combine swirl ingredients. Pour swirl mixture on top of cake batter. Use a fork or knife to swirl into the batter but don’t fully incorporate.

  3. Microwave 1-1 1/2 minutes.

  4. Combine glaze ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the cooked cake.

    Alternative: You can top the cooked caked with glaze, maple syrup, or a dollop of your favorite cream cheese frosting.
