In the microwave safe bowl, combine and boil the brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and 1/2 tsp salt. Boil about 3-5 minutes. Add baking soda. Stir well and pour over popped corn in grocery bag.
Pour into large greased roaster. Bake 1 hour at 200 °F stirring every 15 minutes.
