1 cup barley flour
1 cup oat flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup margarine
1 Ener-G Egg Replacer, prepared
5 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Cream margarine and sugars. Stir in vanilla and Egg Replacer mixture. Stir in dry ingredients, then chocolate chips.
Put dough into greased 8x8 pan and bake at 375 °F for 20-25 minutes. Don't overbake.
It is best if you let them cool completely (I know it's hard) before cutting.
