3-4 Tbsp orange juice
1 cup vinegar
1 cup oil
to taste pepper
to taste garlic
1/3 cup sugar (to taste)
Mix well. Adjust amounts to your taste. Also goes well on cooked green veggies.
You can lower the fat content by using only 2 Tbsp oil. This will make it much more vinegary since there is less fat to cut it.
