4 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
pinch salt
1 12 oz pkg firm or extra firm silken tofu
1/3 - 1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
12 ounces of tofu is about 3/4 of a 1-lb block.
More sugar may be used if desired.
