2 cups white rice flour
1 1/2 cups sweet rice flour
1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot starch
1/2 cup tapioca starch (optional)
2/3 cup potato starch
2/3 cup brown rice flour
2 tsp xanthan gum
1-2 Tbsp Kirkman's® calcium powder
Mix thoroughly and store in an airtight container. Good for cookies, brownies, cakes.
