In skillet, bring peas and water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 7 minutes until tender. Drain excess water and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well coated and serve.

This vegetable side dish goes well with a number of dishes or is a snack all in itself.
Substitutions
I use Earth Balance Buttery Spread to avoid milk.
If avoiding soy and corn, be sure to carefully check the ingredients on the lemon pepper as some contain additives.
