2 1/2 cups quinoa flour
1 1/2 cups quinoa flakes
1 1/2 cups sugar, preferably succanat (optional)
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cups water (to appropriate thickness)
Preheat oven to 425F.
Mix ingredients. Form into cookies and put on oiled baking sheet. Bake for 11-15 minutes.
