1 3.4 oz box instant banana cream pudding
1 14 oz can coconut milk
1 handful flaked coconut
1 banana
Mix coconut milk and pudding mix together. This will thicken up nicely.
Stir in flaked coconut. Slice banana and stir in.
Note sliced banana doesn't keep over well. Stir that in right before serving.
Be sure to verify that your pudding mix is safe for your allergens.
Coconut: Although classified by the FDA as a tree nut, coconut is not a common allergen and is not related to tree nuts. If you have a
tree nut allergy, consult your physician to find out if you need to avoid coconut.
