4-5 raw baby carrots
1/4 medium onion
to taste garlic
2-3 roasted red bell peppers
to taste basil & oregano
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
sea salt
Blend in blender or food processor until smooth, then transfer to a sauce pan and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Spread onto crust and proceed as usual. Makes enough sauce for 1-2 small pizzas.
