white wine vinegar
garlic, minced or pressed
fresh rosemary, minced
Slice large potatoes into 1/2 thick slices. I do this on an angle to get nice sized slices. Marinade with remaining ingredients. Grill over direct heat. Baste with marinade after turning if desired.
