2 1/2 cups cold coffee
1 1/2 cups dairy-free coffee creamer
3/4 cups sugar
chocolate syrup (optional)

Combine all ingredients except ice in the blender and mix. Pour half into a pitcher and reserve. Add ice to the rest of the mixture in the blender and pulse until you reach the desired texture.
Repeat process with the reserved mixture.
Half of a batch fills two very large glasses.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract or use vanilla flavored creamer for a vanilla flavored drink.
Yes, this is a frappucino knock off.
You can substitute evaporated milk for the creamer if you can do dairy... You may be able to make it soy free and corn free by using a kosher for Passover whipped topping (Kineret) or coffee creamer (Rich's or Kineret)
