2 Tbsp milk, dairy-free milk alternative, or water
1/4 tsp cinnamon-sugar mix
Mix Egg Replacer, water, cinnamon-sugar, vanilla and milk or milk subsitute thoroughly.
Dip slices of bread into batter but don't let them soak up too much liquid.
Place in hot lightly oiled skillet. Cook on each side about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon sugar.
