1 cup confectioners (powdered) sugar
1 pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
1 graham cracker pie crust
Blend confectioner's sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in the blender.
Separately, whip the heavy cream.
Fold whipped cream into sugar/cream cheese mixture. Pour into in graham cracker crust and chill for an hour or so. Then serve.
Verify the ingredients of a purchased graham cracker crust or make one from safe ingredients.
