Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease loaf pan. Set aside. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Flatten meat into pan. Bake 1 hour. Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing. For added flavor, spread ketchup over top before baking.

Here's what I do, since I don't always have the juice in the house: I just take about 2 lbs ground beef and mix in 1 small can diced tomatoes. I like petite diced so there aren't huge chunks. You can also use stewed tomatoes or a small can of tomato paste. Using the paste will result in a stronger tomato flavor. After I add the tomato, I add salt and bake. I use this recipe b/c it allows me to have the fewest ingredients and fewer is better at our house. If you know you like chilis or oregano, you can buy the diced tomatoes pre-seasoned.
