Melt chocolate chips and margarine in the microwave for approximately one minute. Separately, mix Egg Replacer mixture, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Stir in chocolate mixture, and pour into prepared pan. Cool.
Top with crushed candy canes.

Eutre made this without the eggs/egg replacer and found she needed to add about 1/4 cup liquid (water) to get it to be the correct consistency. Her family gives it 3 out of 4 stars!
