Ingredients

3-4 lb chuck roast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp rosemary
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Shred meat using 2 forks. Strain liquid and return liquid and meat to slow cooker. Serve meat and au jus over mashed potatoes.
