1-2 tsp margarine IF using pork-free bacon (optional)
Directions
Cook bacon. Set aside, and drain grease, leaving 1-2 teaspoons of grease in pan. (If using pork-free bacon, you won't have grease; melt 1-2 tsp safe margarine instead.)
Saute onion and mushrooms in bacon grease or melted margarine.
Meanwhile, chop bacon.
Heat green beans with remaining ingredients.
Notes
Substitutions
You can use pork free/turkey bacon, but you won't have enough drippings to saute mushrooms. Add 1-2 tsp margarine.
