dash salt
dash pepper
1/2 -3/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove crushed garlic (optional)
Whisk together vinegar and mustard.
Very slowly, whisk in olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
This can be used as a salad dressing, or as a dip for veggies and bread.
Be sure to verify that the ingredients in the Dijon mustard are safe for you.
