2 lb ground turkey
1/2 onion
3 to 4 cloves garlic
salt to taste
pepper to taste
safe oil
safe milk
millet flour
In a mixing bowl combine ground turkey, finely diced onions, diced garlic, salt and pepper.
Next, form turkey mixture into patties. Set aside.
Put millet flour in a bowl and the safe milk in a separate bowl. Heat safe oil to frying.
Now take turkey patties and dip in safe milk and then coat with millet on both sides. Fry coated millet turkey patties until millet is golden and turkey is cooked. Cool turkey patties on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Good served hot or cold.
You may use whatever oil and milk is safe for your family. I use coconut oil and coconut milk.
