Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 1/2 cup corn flakes cereal
  • 10 oz bag of milk-free chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Melt butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and sea salt over medium heat for a few minutes until bubbly.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix into corn flakes cereal.
  3. Spread mixture on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
  6. Coat the brittle with the melted chocolate. Add sprinkles or sea salt flakes.
  7. Let cool to harden. Break into pieces.
