Mix all ingredients except hot dogs and oil to make a batter. Chop hot dogs into 1-inch pieces and dry on paper towel. Form dough around dog. You might have to add a touch more broth to get it to a nice dough you can handle. Drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown.

They were so good, and thought you could do a corn dog type on a stick....fill with chili, or cut out onion and add taco meat in.
