1 Tbsp xanthan gum
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup brown sugar
1 2/3 cup flour (half barley, half oat)
1 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into an 8x8" pan. Bake at 350 °F for 35-40 minutes. This freezes well too.
