Preheat oven to 350 °F. Mix together oil, brown sugar, egg replacer, vanilla, and bananas. Mix together and then add oat flour, oatmeal, oat bran, and baking powder. Stir and place in greased 8-inch cake/pie pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
