Melt one bag of Enjoy Life chocolate chips in the microwave, in 30 second intervals, until smooth and completely melted.
In a large bowl, pour the rice cereal. Pour melted chocolate on cereal, covering the cereal completely.
Once cereal is well covered with chocolate, add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time until all cereal is covered.
Store in an air tight container.
