2 cups apple juice, divided
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp vegan gelatin
1/3 cup frozen berries


Bring 1 cup of apple juice to a boil. Stir in gelatin and sugar to taste. Stir in remaining apple juice and berries. Stir for a minute.

Refrigerate. This will take longer than regular gelatin to set.
