Ingredients
2 lb ground meat (1 turkey, 1 beef or as desired)
1/2 cup dairy-free milk alternative
1 Ener-G Egg Replacer, prepared
2/3 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup minced parsley or cilantro
2/3 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix together well (using hands is most efficient). Grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan, pat in mixture, and bake one hour. Drain off extra juices, slice and serve.

Soy or rice milk or stock could be used instead of DariFree.
