Mix all ingredients. Pat into muffin tins. Bake at 350 °F for approximately 30 minutes.
These freeze really well, and 1 'meat muffin' is a good sized portion for a toddler. Because they're in a muffin tin, they end up softer than meatballs, which I think is good for toddlers starting out on meats.
