1/4 cup sugar
raisins (optional)
3/4 cup Corn Meal
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 can creamed corn
Mix all ingredients in a loaf pan or similar size and bake at 350 °F for approximately 40 minutes.
Note that creamed style corn does not contain dairy. It's called "creamed" because of the texture. Be sure to read the label for hidden ingredients.
