Ingredients

1/2 sleeve graham crackers, crushed
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup SunButter®
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Mix first four ingredients well. Pat into 8×8 pan. Melt chocolate chips. Spread over dough and chill.

Slice into bars.

Substitutions

You can replace the Sunbutter with any safe nut or seed butter.

Commercially available sunflower seed butter may contain soy. If avoiding soy, you can make your own Sunflower Seed Butter [1] using safe sunflower seed kernels.

Butter and Margarine: Butter is a dairy product made from cow’s milk. Margarine typically contains milk or soy, but there are milk-free and soy-free versions available.
