Ingredients
1 6 oz can tomato sauce
homemade pizza crust dough
parsley
1 16 oz chub breakfast sausage
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
grated soy cheese (Soymage)
Directions
Scramble up the sausage, add a small can of tomato sauce, minced garlic, and some parsley.
Roll out the pizza crust into a rectangle shape.
Cut the rectangle into 12 squares. Top each square with a scoop of sausage mixture and some grated soy cheese.
Pull up the corners on each square and squish together until it’s sealed.
Put the squares into a greased muffin tin and bake at 375 °F for about 20 minutes.
Notes
I use my Pizza Crust [1] for this. You can use any type of safe pizza crust.
