Ingredients
1 large green pepper
2 large tomatoes
1 large onion
4 scallions (green onions)
1 can green chiles
1 can large black olives, drained
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp oregano
salt
oil and vinegar
Directions
Dice all ingredients finely or use a food processor. Add oil and vinegar dressing to coat well; add salt to taste. Chill 2 hours. Serve with tortilla or taco chips.
