Brown hamburger in large skillet, preferably cast iron. Add onion, pepper and celery and cook for five to six minutes until transparent. Add in remaining ingredients mixing well. Simmer uncovered on low for about 20 minutes.

Worcestershire sauce usually contains fish (anchovies) and corn sweeteners, but there are vegan and corn-free versions available. I do not know whether there is a soy-free version.
