to taste salt and pepper
1-2 Tbsp water
1/4 tsp cumin
1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 Tbsp finely grated onion
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Blend together in food processor.
Be sure to check the ingredients of your canned chickpeas.
