Ingredients
4 or more pork chops or chicken
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp thyme
salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup white wine or brandy
1/2 cup or more non-dairy sour cream
Directions
The easiest way to prepare is to put all ingredients except sour cream into a slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours, mixing periodically. Add non dairy sour cream in the last 20-30 minutes.
If you don’t have a slow cooker, you can brown the meat first, then add remaining ingredients and non dairy sour cream added at the end.
I serve with rice or quinoa and steamed green vegetable such as broccoli. Very easy and very yummy meal!

Substitutions
If not avoiding dairy, you can use regular sour cream.
