Rice-Only Funnel Cake

Ingredients

1 cup rice flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 large spoonful rice syrup
2 1/2 to 3 cups liquid (water, apple juice, etc)
oil

Directions

Stir together dry ingredients. Add rice syrup. Stir in liquid of choice.

Drizzle into hot oil to make funnel cakes.

Notes

This is a great TED recipe if you have rice and a safe oil.
