1 cup rice flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 large spoonful rice syrup
2 1/2 to 3 cups liquid (water, apple juice, etc)
oil
Stir together dry ingredients. Add rice syrup. Stir in liquid of choice.
Drizzle into hot oil to make funnel cakes.

Use safe baking powder or mix your own from the substitutions section.
