all the drippings from a pot roast
3-4 Tbsp sweet rice flour
to taste sage, rosemary, basil
water as needed


Measure out 1/3 cup of drippings. Set remainder aside - you WILL use them.

To the 1/3 cup of drippings, add the sweet rice flour, whisking as you add to avoid lumps. Add mixture back to original drippings, whisking as you go, and heat on stove top.

If there's not enough gravy, add water as needed.
