1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 cup fresh, chopped pineapple
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1 seeded, diced tomato
1 seeded, diced serrano chile
Mix all ingredients together. Let it stand for at least 15 minutes. Stir again.
