Ingredients
1 8 oz can pineapple chunks, in juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender jar. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Divide evenly among 6 fruit bar molds, and follow manufacturer’s directions for setting sticks.
Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours. Unmold according to manufacturer’s directions.

Substitutions
Coconut: Although classified by the FDA as a tree nut, coconut is not a common allergen and is not related to tree nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy [1], consult your physician to find out if you need to avoid coconut.
