Ingredients
4 cups pear juice (either homemade from juicer or organic)
Directions
Place juice in a heavy saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until the juice comes to a full boil.
Reduce heat, keeping at a slow boil. Stir occasionally, until the 4 cups is reduced to 1 cup fruit juice concentrate.
Cool and use in recipes calling for fruit juice concentrate. Can be used as a sweetener in certain recipes.
