1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups soy milk or other milk alternative
In saucepan, boil together water, sugar, and cocoa until mixture is completely dissolved. Add vanilla.
Add in soy milk, and heat. Do NOT boil.
This will also work with other milk alternatives such as rice milk to make this soy-free.
