Ingredients

1 lb elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can chick peas, drained
1 8.5 oz can peas and carrots, drained
to taste Italian seasoning

Directions

Brown ground beef. Add remaining ingredients except for pasta. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook pasta according to directions, drain and add to beef/sauce mixture.

Notes

This makes a ton! I freeze this in 1 cup containers for quick, safe dinners.

Substitutions

Rice or other non-wheat/gluten pasta could be used to make this wheat/gluten free.
