Ingredients
2 cups liquid Coffee Rich
2 cups Rich’s Whip
3/4 cup superfine sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Put into ice cream maker and process per manufacturer directions. Will be somewhat soft after processing, but freezes hard.

Substitutions
Coffee Rich is a liquid soy/corn based coffee whitener. Rich Whip is a liquid soy/corn based whipped topping base. Both are Kosher Parve and dairy free. They can be found in the frozen section in small paper cartons.
