1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
dash paprika
boneless chicken breast
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp Old Bay® Seasoning


Pound chicken breast until it is thin (between 1/2" and 1/4"). This makes the chicken more like a processed nugget.

Mix flour and seasonings. Dip chicken in beaten egg, flour mixture, milk and lastly in breadcrumbs.

Bake in an oiled pan at 375 °F for about 1/2 hour. Turn over and let bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Or deep fry until brown.
