Ingredients

1 2/4 cups minus 2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp protein powder
1/4 cup oatmeal baby cereal
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
4 eggs, separated
2 cups rice milk, vanilla preferred
4 Tbsp canola oil

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients. Add egg yolks and rice milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in canola oil.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites gently into batter.

Spoon batter into hot, well-greased waffle iron.

Notes

Cool, wrap separately and freeze for your own toaster waffles.
