Grilled Greek Chicken

Ingredients

4 pieces boneless chicken, breast and/or thighs
1 lemon, juiced and zest
2 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
2-4 sprigs fresh dill, minced
salt
pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill chicken pieces over direct heat cooking about 7 minutes on each side or until done.

This is great served with Chopped Greek Style Vegetable Salad [1] and warm flat bread.

Notes

This chicken makes great Greek wraps. Grill and slice chicken. Arrange chicken slices on warm flatbread. Top with salad made from Romaine lettuce, diced cucumbers and tomatoes and dressed with Greek dressing (lemon juice, olive oil and oregano). Add some pitted Kalamata olives and maybe some crumbled feta cheese.
