Ingredients
1 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp xanthan gum
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Pat out the dough and cut with cookie cutters. Place cookies on an an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Notes
I patted out the dough and cut with small animal shape cutters.
Substitutions
